Interpersonal communication involves the exchange of information and ideas, and the manner in which the exchange is conveyed and/or received. Too often communication fails rather than succeeds.
This workshop addresses this challenge by providing participants with an understanding of the interpersonal communication process. It offers an opportunity for participants to identify their communication style in both favorable and unfavorable conditions. Participants learn to apply situational communication strategies for dealing with individuals and groups.
Relevant course materials are selected for each program. These may include handouts, workbooks, assessment tools and readings.
