Program Description

Four generations now characterize the workforce. They are often called Silents, Baby Boomers, Generation X and Millennials. And, each generation brings their unique values, needs, preferences and behaviors to the workplace. As a result generational conflicts may develop or go unresolved, leaving communication and productivity to suffer.

What’s Covered in the Course:

This workshop first provides participants with an understanding of generational differences.It then presents strategies designed to turn potential generational conflict into collaboration. Finally, participants will have the opportunity to discuss specific generational challenges and apply proactive communication strategies that will move generational conflict to collaboration.
